1. General Terms
1.1 Information on how to enter the competition and details of the prize form part of these Terms & Conditions. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 Any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid.
1.3 The Promoter is Spectapular Enterprises Pty Ltd (trading as The Good Food & Wine Show), ABN 51 151 821 966, 80 Dorcas Street, Southbank, Melbourne, 3006, VIC, Australia.
1.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including an entrant’s identity, eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions as permitted by law.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who reside in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland, Tasmania, Western Australia. Australian residents who reside in Northern Territory or Australian Capital Territory are not eligible.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies, competition partners and suppliers involved in the promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Additional eligibility requirements may apply where specified in the competition entry instructions.
2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, residency or eligibility from any entrant as permitted by law.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, eligible participants must complete the entry form via the Good Food & Wine Show website during the Promotional Period.
3.2 Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
3.3 Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or otherwise invalid entries will not be accepted.
3.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, damaged or not received for any reason.
3.5 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it reasonably believes has breached these Terms & Conditions, manipulated the entry process or engaged in fraudulent, misleading or inappropriate conduct.
4. Promotional Period
4.1 The competition opens at 9:00am AEDT on Tuesday 13 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Wednesday 9 December 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
4.2 Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
4.3 The winner will be selected on Thursday 10 December 2026 at 9:00am AEDT in Victoria, Australia.
5. Prize
5.1 The winner will receive:
- salt&pepper Homeware Pack. The ultimate salt&pepper homeware collection for your home, valued at over $2,200.
- Wine Selectors Chairman’s Wine Subscription. Enjoy 4 deliveries of a 6 bottle Chairman’s Release over 12 months, featuring a curated selection of limited-release Iconic Australian wines. Valued at $1,660. Wine selection may vary by pack.
5.2 The total prize pool is valued at approximately $3,881.62 AUD including GST as at October 12, 2026.
5.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise specified.
5.4 The prize cannot be resold or auctioned.
5.5 Where a prize is subject to availability, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
5.6 Any costs associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner. This may include, where applicable, travel, accommodation, transport, meals, insurance, taxes, fees, spending money and other incidental expenses.
6. Prize-Specific Conditions
6.1 Where the prize is supplied by a third party, the prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by that supplier.
6.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any changes to the prize made by a third-party supplier, where those changes are outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
7. Winner Selection
7.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
7.2 The draw will be conducted on Thursday 10 December at 9:00am AEDT in Melbourne.
8. Winner Notification
8.1 The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
8.2 The winner will be notified within one day of the draw or judging date.
8.3 If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within three days of notification, is found to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
8.4 The winner’s name will be published on the Good Food & Wine Show Social Media channels.
9. Prize Delivery
9.1 The prize will be supplied and delivered to the winner by relevant prize partner(s), being Wine Selectors and salt&pepper, using the contact details provided by the winner.
9.2 The Promoter may provide the winner’s name, email address, telephone number and delivery address to the relevant prize partners for the purpose of arranging and fulfilling the winner’s prize.
9.3 The relevant prize partners may contact the winner directly to arrange delivery or fulfilment of their respective prize components.
9.4 The relevant prize partners are responsible for the supply and delivery of their respective prize components.
9.5 The Promoter will only provide a prize partner with the personal information reasonably required for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.
9.6 The winner must be 18 years of age or older to receive the prize. Where the prize includes alcohol, the winner may be required to provide valid proof of age identification upon delivery. Alcohol will only be supplied and delivered in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in the state or territory in which the prize is delivered. The relevant prize partner may refuse delivery where the winner is unable to provide satisfactory proof of age or where delivery would otherwise be unlawful.
10. Publicity
10.1 By entering the competition, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness and/or competition entry for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes relating to the competition, subject to applicable law.
10.2 The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity associated with the competition and/or prize.
10.3 Any use of an entrant’s personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
11. Privacy
11.1 Personal information collected in connection with the competition will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

11.3 By entering the competition, entrants acknowledge and agree that their personal information may be disclosed by the Promoter to the competition partners and prize suppliers, including Wine Selectors and salt&pepper, for purposes relating to the administration of the competition, fulfilment of the prize and, where permitted by law, marketing and promotional activities.
11.4 The competition partners and prize suppliers may use personal information provided to them in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable privacy laws.
11.5 Entrants may opt out of receiving direct marketing communications from the Promoter or a competition partner at any time by using the unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism provided in the relevant communication, or by contacting the relevant organisation directly.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
12.1 Where the competition is promoted or administered through Instagram, Facebook or another social media platform, the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform.
12.2 By entering the competition, entrants release the relevant social media platform from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the competition.
12.3 Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and/or relevant competition partner and not to the social media platform, except where otherwise required by the platform’s terms.
13. Promoter’s Rights
13.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or amend the competition or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud, security issues, changes to applicable laws or regulations, or any other event that prevents the competition from being conducted as intended.
13.2 Where reasonably practicable, any material changes to the competition will be communicated to entrants through the relevant competition channel.
13.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
14. Liability
14.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, injury, cost or expense incurred by an entrant or winner in connection with entering the competition or accepting or using the prize, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
14.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any failure, delay or interruption to the competition caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including technical failures, telecommunications failures, internet outages or other system failures.
14.3 Where a prize or part of a prize is supplied by a third party, the Promoter is not responsible for any act, omission, failure or change by that third party, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
14.4 Once a prize has been provided to the winner, the Promoter has no responsibility for the loss, damage or misuse of the prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Governing Law
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
15.2 Entrants submit to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
16. Acceptance of Terms
16.1 Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
16.2 The Promoter’s decisions in respect of all matters relating to the competition are final, subject to any rights available to entrants under applicable law.
