Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The “Win 1 of 10 Cases of Assorted Wines” promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by the Good Food & Wine Show (“Promoter”) as a promotional activity for subscribers to the Good Food & Wine Show email database.

2. The Promotion is open only to current subscribers of the Good Food & Wine Show email database who are residents of Victoria (VIC), New South Wales (NSW), Western Australia (WA) or Queensland (QLD) at the time of entry. Entries from residents of any other Australian state or territory, or from outside Australia, are not eligible and will be deemed invalid.

3. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.

4. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

5. The Promotion opens at 9:00am (AEST) on Monday, 31 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

6. To enter, eligible subscribers must complete the online entry form provided in the Promotion communications during the Promotion Period. Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified, other than the first valid entry received.

7. There are ten (10) prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of one case of assorted wines. The specific wines included in each case are at the Promoter’s discretion and are subject to availability.

8. Winners will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place within 7 days of the close of the Promotion Period.

9. Winners will be notified by email, using the email address provided at entry, within 7 days of the close of the Promotion Period. If a winner does not respond to, or cannot be verified from, the notification email within a reasonable time (7 days) of it being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner by way of a further random draw.

10. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age and a valid Australian delivery address within one of the eligible states (VIC, NSW, WA or QLD) before their prize will be dispatched.

11. Prize shipping will be arranged and paid for by the Promoter (Good Food & Wine Show). The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to dispatch prizes within a reasonable timeframe following verification of the winner, but is not responsible for delays caused by any third-party shipping or delivery carrier.

12. As the prize includes alcohol, the Promoter reserves the right to require proof of age (18+) prior to dispatch and, where required by the shipping carrier, on delivery. If proof of age cannot be provided, the Promoter reserves the right to withhold or reallocate the prize.

13. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value without notice.

14. Employees of the Promoter, or its related entities, agencies and any other person or entity associated with the conduct of this Promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

15. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters connected with the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or these terms and conditions, without prior notice, in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as reasonably possible.

17. The Promoter is not responsible for any inaccurate prize or entry information supplied to an entrant by any third party connected with this Promotion.

18. The Promoter has no responsibility or liability for any prize, or prize component, once it has been delivered to the address provided by the winner and is in the winner’s possession.

19. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury, or death arising from a person’s participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize.

20. By entering this Promotion, an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirms they meet the eligibility requirements set out above.

21. Entrants agree that the Promoter may use their name in connection with announcing competition winners for promotional purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Good Food & Wine Show Privacy Policy and used only for the purposes of conducting this Promotion and, where the entrant has separately consented, for the Good Food & Wine Show email database.

22. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network.

23. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

24. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
