More than 11,500 meals have already been delivered thanks to food rescued from our Good Food & Wine Shows in 2026.
Good food is at the heart of everything we do, but making sure that food doesn’t go to waste is just as important.
That’s why we’re proud to partner with OzHarvest, who collect quality surplus food from our shows and help give it a second life, getting it to people and communities who need it most.
Across our Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth shows this year, an incredible 5,783 kg of food has been rescued, helping provide the equivalent of 11,565 meals.
Good food making a difference
Here’s what we’ve achieved together so far in 2026:
That’s thousands of kilos of perfectly good food saved from going to waste and instead turned into thousands of meals for people who need them.
Where does the food go?
At the end of each show, OzHarvest collects surplus food donated by our exhibitors and partners. From there, it’s redistributed through their network of charities and community organisations, helping support people and communities experiencing hardship.
It means the food left at the end of a busy show weekend can continue doing some good long after the doors close.
