Jessica Liemantara, better known as Jess Lemon, is a pastry chef and dessert creator whose love of baking began in the kitchen with her grandmother and aunt.
She first captured Australia’s attention as one of the youngest contestants on MasterChef Australia in 2018, finishing in the top four, before returning for Back to Win and later placing third on Dessert Masters.

Miguel Maestre
Miguel Maestre is a celebrated Spanish chef based in Sydney, bringing the vibrant flavours of Spain to Australia. Born in Murcia, his passion for food was ignited from a young age, and he honed his skills alongside culinary greats including Serge Dansereau and Tony Bilson. Inspired by Ferran Adrià at the world-renowned El Bulli, Miguel opened Australia’s largest Spanish restaurant, El Toro Loco, at Manly Beach.
Miguel has served as head chef at prestigious events such as the Emirates Melbourne Cup, the Australian Grand Prix, and MotoGP. Kirsten Tibballs
Kirsten Tibballs, acclaimed by MasterChef Australia as ‘The Queen of Chocolate’, is one of Australia’s most celebrated and internationally respected pastry chefs and chocolatiers. As the sole global ambassador for Callebaut, Kirsten travels the world showcasing her craft, while in Australia she has created a signature dessert range for Bulla Family Dairy, now a permanent offering.
Kirsten’s accolades include being named Best in the World for handmade chocolates at the World Pastry Team Championships, winning medals at the Pastry Olympics in Germany, and serving as President of Jury for Taste at the World Chocolate Masters in Paris. She has also judged competitions in Japan and London, and launched new chocolate concepts to leading global food media.
A passionate educator, Kirsten founded Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School in Melbourne in 2002, expanding online in 2013 to teach students worldwide. Nat Thaipun
Nat Thaipun is a once-in-a-generation talent with a passion for cooking and an innate understanding of food’s universal ability to connect people to their heritage, identity and culture. As a proud Australian-born Thai woman who grew up in a busy family of five on Melbourne’s outskirts, the winner of MasterChef Australia was inspired by the bustling streets of Thailand and the culinary traditions of her mother and late grandmother. Her cooking philosophy is rooted in the belief that food is a powerful connector, capable of bridging cultural divides and telling rich, immersive stories.
Nat’s dream has been to tell the stories of food and culture through her writing. She loves to explore the world’s cuisines and find ways to make it accessible for the home cook, particularly the food of her own Thai Australian heritage. From marginalised communities to urban food enthusiasts, Nat is passionate about making high-quality food accessible to all.
Since stepping away from television screens, Nat has trained in some of the world’s best restaurants, including St. John and Core in London, as well as undertaking pop-ups at restaurants including Icebergs and Baba’s Place in Sydney and EVETT in Seoul. Making his first appearance at the Good Food & Wine Show is Vincent Yeow Lim, better known to millions online as Dimsimlim and the self-proclaimed “Wolf of Wok Street”.
A chef and restaurateur celebrated for his bold take on Southeast Asian cuisine, Vincent has turned wok cooking into a global spectacle through social media, amassing more than four million followers across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
His culinary journey has taken him from cooking in exclusive first-class lounges for celebrities and high-profile guests to appearing on major stages and screens. Along the way he has collaborated with KFC to create the world’s first “Peking Cluk Burger” and delivered a talk at TEDxSydney exploring the nostalgia behind Chinese food.
Vincent has also made numerous television appearances, including MasterChef Australia (Season 16), Snackmasters Australia, The Cook Up with Adam Liaw and The Morning Show, with features across Network 10, Seven Network, Amazon Prime Video and SBS.
Among his proudest achievements is opening his own 200-seat restaurant at just 22 years old, a milestone that came after the passing of his father and cemented his passion for wok cooking and sharing the flavours of his heritage.
