The Gin Fizz combines the effervescence of SodaStream sparkling water in a classic dry gin.

Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • Gin (30ml)
  • SodaStream Classic Summer Lemon Sparkling Drink Mix (20ml)
  • Lemon Juice (20ml)
  • Simple Syrup (20ml)
  • SodaStream Sparkling Water
  • Wonderfoam Drops
  • Lemon Zest (Grated)
  • Ice
  • Lime Wedge

Tumbler Glass

Method

  1. Prepare the SodaStream sparkling water: Fill SodaStream 1 Litre Bottle to the line with cold
    water and carbonate.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add the Gin, SodaStream Classic Summer Lemon
    sparkling drink mix, lemon juice, simple syrup and 3 drops of wonderfoam, shake without ice
    for 10 seconds.
  3. Fill the large half of the shaker with ice and shake for a further 15 seconds.
  4. Double strain the contents into a tumbler glass.
  5. Top the glass with ice.
  6. Slowly top with SodaStream sparkling water, allowing for the foam to build to a head on the
    top of the glass.
  7. Grate some lemon zest over the top of the cocktail and garnish with a lime wedge.
