Did you know that one of the world’s largest Barramundi farm is just outside of Melbourne? Probably not – but located just outside of Melbourne you have the Infinity Blue Barramundi farm – boasting the world’s largest warm water aquaculture farm of its type, and are also the largest fingerling supplier in both Australia and the world, exporting beautiful baby Barramundi to 26 countries. 1/3 of the world’s barramundi actually start their life at the Werribee farm.

MainStream Aquaculture – the producers of Infinity Blue Barramundi – was founded in 2001 by two mates who had a desire to help feed the world with delicious, sustainably produced fish. One a doctor, the other a plumber, they have built a fantastic team around them who continually push the boundaries of traditional farming, growing fish in geothermally heated, pristine spring water drawn from an ancient aquifer.

Grown in pristine water conditions our Barramundi is a delicious fish with firm, white succulent flesh; the result of passionately combining all-natural ingredients, gentle fish handling practices and a deep understanding of Barramundi.

By eating Infinity Blue Barramundi, you are saving our oceans, one fish at a time!

Check out the Infinity Blue Online Store (Victorian delivery only) for a range of products including their delicious smoked barramundi – perfect addition to any platter or picnic this summer! They also run a farm gate popup store open to the public every Thursday 2pm – 5pm, 73-79 Lock Ave, Werribee. Check out their website for details.
