Jess Lemon

Jessica Liemantara, better known as Jess Lemon, is a pastry chef and dessert creator whose love of baking began in the kitchen with her grandmother and aunt.

She first captured Australia’s attention as one of the youngest contestants on MasterChef Australia in 2018, finishing in the top four, before returning for Back to Win and later placing third on Dessert Masters.

Since then, Jess has built an impressive career working with renowned venues including Nobu Crown and The Press Club, publishing her cookbook A Little Zest of Jess, and launching her own dessert brand, “Jess Lemon.” Known for her detailed, creative sweets and passion for sharing her craft, Jess continues to inspire home bakers and dessert lovers alike.
