With plenty of public transport and ample parking, getting to Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre is simple and stress-free.There are several convenient transport options to reach the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC). You can get to PCEC easily by train, bus, car or rideshare. Whether you’re coming from nearby suburbs like Northbridge and South Perth, or from further out such as Fremantle or the airport, the journey is straightforward. Visit PCEC for more information.

Yes, there is paid parking available. Visit City of Perth for more information.

There are no cloak room facilities in the show unless you are a VIP ticket holder. VIP ticket holders have a cloak room within the VIP lounge.

The Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre does not have cloak room facilities.

Yes – grab a stamp as a pass-out and will be able to re-enter the event during the session.

Tasting glasses are an essential part of any day at the Good Food & Wine Show. We highly encourage you to purchase a tasting glass so you can discover your perfect drop before making a purchase. Tasting glasses can be purchased as part of a ticket, on our ticket page or at the event.

With the exception of certified service/assistance animals like guide dogs, pets are not allowed at the show

Canvassing

Visitors agree they will not promote their products and services to exhibitors while attending the event. Visitors found in breach of this rule will be asked to leave the event immediately.

Photography & Filming

Visitors agree that they will not photograph, or video exhibitors’ stands or products without consent of the exhibitor. Visitors found in breach of this rule may be asked to leave the event and be refused entry at future events. Visitors may be filmed or photographed during the event which may be used for promotional use.

Consent

The Organiser reserves the right to use all or part of any material generated (photographs, film footage, or any detail) for the purpose of the Good Food & Wine Show, or for publication online, in print or other broadcast media, for publicity, promotional materials or campaigns related to the event. Please advise a team member if you do not wish for your image to be used.

Dietary Intolerances & Allergies

Individuals with dietary intolerance or allergies should check ingredients prior to purchase and consumption to ensure suitability. The Organisers accept no responsibility for allergen free status or other ingredients of food products (including any claim arising in any manner out of such food or beverages not being allergen free) available for sale or sampling at the event, and the Organiser is indemnified by the exhibitor in accordance with clause 18 of the conditions of contract. This includes food outlets.

Responsible Consumption of Alcohol

The Organisers encourage the responsible consumption of alcohol and visitors are subject to relevant liquor laws relating to underage drinking, intoxication and public safety. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age identification. Any person deemed intoxicated or behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave in which case re-entry will not be permitted. Do not leave personal belongings unattended, the Organiser’s accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items at the event.

COVID-19

Visitors agree that they will not seek to obtain entry to the venue if displaying symptoms of covid-19 or have undertaken a COVID-19 test recently with results pending.

No, we do not offer concession tickets to the show.

Please email our ticketing partner [email protected] and you will be able to request your ticket to be re-sent to the email on your original ticket order. You can also ask the ticketing team at the show to find your ticket via your email address.

An unregistered ticket means that there is no name or contact details attached to that ticket. You will still be allowed entry into the show, however you won't be able enter the competitions around the show, or sign up to mailing lists with exhibitors by scanning your ticket - as there won't be any details against your ticket. You can update this either via the link on your pdf ticket or via the iPads at the Show. If you are still needing help please email [email protected]

Children 6 and under are free, and children 7 to 12 (inclusive) are required to purchase a ticket. Please note that all children under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the show.

Children are allowed at the show, however anyone under the age of 18 will need to be under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. There are also areas of the show which are over 18 only, this includes certain masterclasses.

Most masterclasses with alcohol present are over 18 only, you will not be allowed to bring your child into these areas.

Yes, please have the email with the tickets open on your phone ready for scanning at the door.

Yes, entry tickets will be available for purchase at the door. We recommend purchasing masterclass, VIP Lounge and additional show experiences prior to arrival as these regularly sell out.

Please visit the merchandise desk to pick up your tasting glass. Have your ticket ready to be scanned again at merchandise to redeem.

Masterclasses can be purchased via our ticketing platform here.

The masterclasses and show experiences are only available to visitors who have purchased an entry ticket to the Show. You must have purchased an entry ticket to the Show to access these experiences.

The Good Food Kitchen seats are on a first come, first served basis and entry is free.

Please contact our ticketing agency - [email protected] if you want to swap your tickets for another day. There may be charges if the day you are swapping to is priced higher than the day you purchased, and VIP tickets may not be able to be swapped if the day is sold out.

Tickets are transferable. It is not mandatory to change the name on the ticket if you wish to pass it onto a family member or friend, however we recommend you re-register your ticket to ensure you are able to enter competitions at the show with your ticket. Contact [email protected] to change the name on your ticket.

Yes, we accept companion cards. Please present them to the ticketing box before entering the show to receive your complimentary general admission entry ticket.

The Good Food & Wine Show is a consumer, ticketed event; there are no free tickets for industry staff.
