That’s Amore Caprese Salad with Kyneton Olive Oil
• 1 punnet medley tomatoes
• 1 fresh That’s Amore Cheese Buffalo Mozzarella
• Handful fresh basil leaves
• 1/4 cup (60ml) Kyneton Basil Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
- Thickly slice the tomatoes and the mozzarella.
- Place the tomatoes on a serving plate and add the slices of mozzarella on top.
- Tuck the whole basil leaves in between the tomato and mozzarella slices, then drizzle over the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve and enjoy!
