Rottnest Island, Parmelia Hilton & Good Food & Wine Show Perth Competition

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Spectapular Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 51 151 821 966) of Kings Business Park, 80 Dorcas Street, Southbank VIC 3006 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotional Period

The competition commences at 9:00am AEST on 15 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 22 June 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter, prize suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, entrants must complete the competition entry form during the Promotional Period and provide all required details.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Incomplete, indecipherable or incorrect entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two (2) nights’ accommodation for two (2) people at Parmelia Hilton Perth on Friday 17 July 2026 and Saturday 18 July 2026;
  • Two (2) VIP tickets to the Good Food & Wine Show Perth, taking place from 17–19 July 2026;
  • One (1) Rottnest Island day experience for two (2) people, including:
    • Return Rottnest Express ferry transfers departing from Fremantle; and
    • Bicycle hire for two (2) people.

The total prize pool value is approximately AUD $1,616.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Any additional expenses, including but not limited to travel to and from Perth, meals, spending money, accommodation upgrades, insurance and incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise. Island landing fees are not included within the prize. Total cost is $21pp and is payable at the time of booking.

Gift Certificate must be redeemed in full and is only valid once. It is not redeemable for cash in whole or part, cannot be extended, is non-transferable, is non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If lost, certificates cannot be replaced. All services and bookings are subject to availability. Black-out dates may apply. Booking must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

6. Prize Draw

The winner will be drawn at random at Kings Business Park, 80 Dorcas Street, Southbank VIC 3006 on 23 June 2026.

The winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw.

7. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If the prize remains unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw on 30 June 2026 at the same location.

Any redraw winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the redraw.

8. Privacy & Marketing Consent

By entering the competition, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion.

Entrants also consent to receiving marketing communications, including email and telemarketing communications, from the Good Food & Wine Show and selected promotional partners. Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting the Promoter directly.

9. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the promotion from being conducted as intended.

10. Rottnest Express Prize Conditions

The Rottnest Island prize component is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Rottnest Express.

Additional conditions include:

  • Return ferry travel is valid for two (2) adults departing from Fremantle only;
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • Vouchers are valid until 30 June 2027;
  • Rottnest Island admission fees are not included and must be paid prior to departure;
  • Vouchers are single-use only and cannot be redeemed multiple times.
