Good Food & Wine Show × Kleenheat Giveaway

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern entry into the Good Food & Wine Show × Kleenheat Giveaway (“Competition”) promoted by Spectapular Events (“Promoter”). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Promoter

Spectapular Events, trading as the Good Food & Wine Show, in partnership with Kleenheat (“Partner”). Any questions or complaints regarding the Competition should be directed to the Promoter.

2. Eligibility

  • The Competition is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over only.
  • Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, the Partner, and any agencies involved in the administration of this Competition are ineligible to enter.
  • By entering, entrants warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Competition Period

  • The Competition opens at 12:01 AM AWST on Friday, 26 June 2026.
  • The Competition closes at 11:59 PM AWST on Friday, 10 July 2026 (“Closing Date”).
  • Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, entrants must complete the online entry form in full at the designated competition landing page on the Good Food & Wine Show website during the Competition Period.
  • The entry form requires: first name, last name, email address, phone number, .
  • Entrants must also tick the consent opt-in checkbox to confirm agreement to these Terms and consent to data sharing.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted., Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are not permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably suspects to have been submitted by automated means.
  • The Promoter may also disqualify entrants who enter using multiple aliases or have otherwise gained an unfair advantage in participating in the competition.

5. The Prize

  • There is one (1) prize available, consisting of:
  • 2× VIP tickets to the Good Food & Wine Show
  • 2× tickets to the Cheese Lover Masterclass
  • 2× Wine Lover Goodie Bags
  • The total prize pool is valued at $626
  • The prize is subject to availability and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any component of the prize for one of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
  • The prize must be accepted as offered. No changes will be made to the prize once awarded.

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
  • The draw will take place within two(2) days of the Closing Date (i.e., by no later than 13 July 2026).
  • The draw will be conducted using a randomised selection method. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided in their entry form, within two (2) days of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond to claim their prize, within two (2) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited due to the nature of the event. .
  • The winner’s name will be published on the Good Food & Wine Show website and/or social media channels.

8. Privacy & Data

  • By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information by both the Promoter (Good Food & Wine Show / Spectapular Events) and the Partner (Kleenheat) for the purposes of administering the Competition and for future marketing communications.
  • Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting the Promoter or Partner directly.
  • Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Please refer to the Promoter’s and Partner’s respective privacy policies for further information.

9. General Conditions

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of all entrants and winners.Failure to cooperate with verification may result in disqualification.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Competition at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, a draw will be conducted based on entries received up to the point of cancellation.
  • This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform on which it may be promoted.
  • By entering, entrants release the relevant social media platforms from all liability in connection with this Competition.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
