Thanks to our friends at Plantation Rum we’ve created a fresh summer drink with a spicy twist! Be adventurous this holiday season and enjoy Spiced Jingle Juice with the combination of a delicate pineapple bouquet, balanced against smoky notes of cloves. Add to that a touch of coriander and chilli, the freshness of lime and the sweetness of passion fruit for a drink that’s guaranteed to kick start the holiday season and jingle all the way.



  • Plantation Pineapple Rum
  • Orange juice
  • 1 x can Passionfruit Pulp
  • 1 x small habanero or jalapeno chilli
  • A small handful coriander
  • A squeeze of lime
  • Soda water to taste



  • Slice the chilli length-ways, de-seed and finely chop
  • De-stalk the coriander and finely chop
  • Using a mortar and pestle grind the chopped chilli and coriander to form a rough paste
  • In a shaker add ice, a splash of Plantation Pineapple Rum, a small pinch of the chilli/coriander paste, a dollop of the passionfruit pulp, top with orange juice and add a squeeze of lime
  • Shake and pour into a chilled glass
  • Top with soda water for extra freshness and zing
