As the founder of RecipeTin Eats, the name Nagi is synonymous with delicious and do-able homemade food. In the ten years since starting her blog – which is now firmly established as one of the world’s biggest independent food sites – self-taught Nagi alongside with her head chef JB have created, tested, photographed, videoed and published thousands of recipes. Nagi is also the founder of RecipeTin Meals; a food bank employing four full-time chefs making 200,000 meals – from scratch – each year for Sydney’s vulnerable. In addition, Nagi is a record-breaking author; her debut cookbook DINNER has sold over half a million copies in Australia alone, and won the coveted Book of the Year at the 2023 ABIAs.  

JB is Australia’s newest, favourite French Chef. Trained in Michelin restaurants in France, he is the head chef of RecipeTin and his responsibilities, aside from warding off crowds of adoring fans, includes running RecipeTin Meals, Nagi’s food bank.
