MEET THE CHEFS
Nat Thaipun
Nat Thaipun is a once-in-a-generation talent who believes food connects people to their heritage, identity and culture. The proud Thai-Australian chef has trained at world-class restaurants including St. John and Core in London, joined Melbourne’s acclaimed Vue de Monde team, and authored the best-selling cookbook Thai: Anywhere & Everywhere.
Miguel Maestre
Known for his bold style and big personality, Miguel Maestre is back with more flavour, fun and flair than ever. The author and TV star never fails to light up the stage with his high-energy cooking demos.
Kirsten Tibballs
Kirsten is one of Australia’s most celebrated and internationally respected pastry chefs and chocolatiers. As the Founder of Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School and Author of three patisserie books, Kirsten has undoubtedly earned her nickname as the Queen of Chocolate.
Warren Mendes
Cordon Bleu–trained chef Warren Mendes is one of Australia’s most versatile food personalities. Creator and host of Food Trail: South Africa, his debut cookbook won Best Celebrity Chef Cookbook in the World at the 2025 Gourmand Awards. A regular on Australian TV, he makes sophisticated global flavours approachable for home cooks.
Alastair McLeod
Hosting the Good Food Kitchen, Alastair McLeod is a much-loved chef and TV personality known for his energy, wit and passion for food. A familiar face across Australian screens and live events, he brings years of experience as a presenter, MC and host to the stage.
COOKING SCHOOL
Brand new for 2026, the Cooking School invites you to step out of the audience and into the kitchen for a hands-on experience with some of Australia’s favourite chefs. Join the likes of Kirsten Tibballs and Miguel Maestre as they guide you through creating their most delicious dishes, all while learning, laughing and cooking side by side. Step into the world of the “Queen of Chocolate,” Kirsten Tibballs, in this intimate, hands-on session. Learn the art of tempering before creating and customising your own chocolate bark to take home. It’s the first time Kirsten has brought her exclusive workshops beyond her Brunswick studio, so don’t miss out.
Miguel's Spanish Tapas à la Maestre
Join chef, TV personality and Spanish cooking force-of-nature Miguel Maestre for forty-five full-volume minutes in the Cooking School that’ll have you rethinking what tapas night can really be.
Mastering a spicy 'Bunny Chow' from Durban with Warren Mendes
Let Warren show you how to create the perfect Bunny Chow (not made with real bunnies) – a punchy Durban chicken curry served in a hollowed-out loaf of bread with a quick pickle. No cutlery here, this is about eating with your hands and soaking up every last drop of big flavour.
CheatMeats Ultimate Surf & Turf
Guests will learn the techniques behind a perfectly cooked Scotch Fillet Steak and a butterflied Skull Island Prawn, finished with a rich garlic butter, picking up the BBQ Brothers’ tips for nailing the sear, timing the surf and turf together, and building flavour that punches well above your home grill.
Expect plenty of laughs, practical know-how you can take straight to your own backyard, and a finished plate worth the hype.

Margaret River
Margaret River is a modern classic of fine wine, producing some of Australia’s most outstanding and age-worthy drops. Who doesn’t adore cheese? We sure do, that’s why we’ve dedicated an entire corner of the show to it! Indulge your taste buds at the Cheese Corner where you’ll find the finest locally made cheeses, from a truffled triple cream brie to a buttery, sharp vintage cheddar and everything in between.
