De Sousa ‘Avec Le Temps’ Blanc de Blanc – a 100% Grand Cru chardonnay coming from the Grand Cru villages of Avize and Oger, with vibrant citrus fruit and chalky minerals and a subtle, textural richness. All of the De Sousa champagnes are certified Organic and ‘Avec Les Temps’ is made from a Biodynamic vineyard. Sadi Malot Rosé de Saignée   – one of Emperor Champagne’s “cult producers” of 2022, this is another 100% pinot noir cuvée from the iconic Grand Cru village of Verzy.
