We’re excited to welcome Paxton Wines, a family-owned McLaren Vale producer and one of Australia’s leaders in organic and biodynamic winemaking. Established in 1979, Paxton crafts estate-grown wines from vineyards nurtured without compromise, with a deep focus on living soils, sustainability, and minimal intervention.
Led by founder and acclaimed viticulturist David Paxton, alongside a passionate winemaking team including Consulting Winemaker Kate Goodman and Assistant Winemaker Riccardo Pagliai, Paxton wines are vibrant, expressive, and true to their McLaren Vale origins.
