Chocolate Queen Kirsten Tibballs has partnered with Bulla Murray St Ice Creamery to create a new range of irresistible dessert inspired ice cream.   

The range creates crafted ice cream made with fresh Australian milk, cream and free-range egg yolk in three delicious flavours.

Three delicious flavours:

  • Passionfruit Panna Cotta 
  • Lemon Meringue Tart  
  • Berry Rebellion Tart  


Since 1929 Bulla has been making some of Australia’s creamiest, tastiest, award-winning ice cream at their factory on Murray Street in Colac, Victoria.   


Kirsten has toured with the Good Food & Wine Show this year and will be taking to the stage in The Kitchen by Harris Scarfe again in Brisbane.  


She will be making two new recipes from her new book Chocolate All Day, which will be exclusively available at the Brisbane Good Food & Wine show before it’s available in bookstores.  


Kirsten will be making her new Lush Chocolate Berry Layer Cake with White Chocolate Chantilly Cream and her No-bake Triple Chocolate Tart with Chocolate Flower.


And if that wasn’t sweet enough, to celebrate the launch of the new Bulla Murray St Ice Creamery range she has invited Bulla to join her at the show in Brisbane, where they will be handing out samples of her delicious new Bulla ice cream range!

Lemon Meringue Tart (Inspired by Kirsten Tibballs’ signature Lemon Meringue Tart)  

Meringue flavoured ice cream swirled with lemon curd. Covered in creamy chocolate with crunchy blonde biscuit pieces. Dyed lemon yellow in tribute to Kirsten’s spectacular Lemon Meringue Tart.  


Passionfruit Panna Cotta (Inspired by Kirsten Tibballs’ signature Passionfruit Panna Cotta)  

Creamy vanilla flavoured ice cream and passionfruit sauce with a hint of mango for sweetness. Covered in creamy chocolate with a dash of passionfruit essence. Dyed sun yellow in tribute to Kirsten’s vibrant dessert.  


Berry Rebellion Tart (Inspired by Kirsten Tibballs’ signature Berry Rebellion Tart) 

Creamy strawberry and vanilla flavoured ice cream marbled with a strawberry sauce in tribute to the marbled chocolate coating of Kirsten’s Berry Rebellion Tart. Covered in creamy chocolate, dyed pastel pink, with crunchy blonde biscuit pieces.
