Veteran owned and operated, Hold Fast Distillery brings a hands-on, grain-to-glass philosophy to every bottle. Crafting whisky, gin, vodka and liqueurs in small batches, each spirit is carefully distilled, blended, and bottled by hand.
Using a custom hybrid still and drawing inspiration from both Scottish distilling traditions and Japanese blending techniques, their spirits are full-bodied, expressive, and deeply considered.
