Cordon Bleu–trained chef Warren Mendes has established himself as one of Australia’s most versatile and in-demand food personalities. He is the creator and host of the acclaimed food and travel series Food Trail: South Africa, now spanning four seasons, with the fourth season filmed and set to air in 2026. 

The series has expanded internationally, with the first season premiering on Food Network South Africa in April 2026, further cementing Warren’s growing global profile.

Warren’s debut cookbook, Food Trail South Africa, achieved global recognition, winning Best Celebrity Chef Cookbook in the World at the 2025 Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in Lisbon positioning him as a credible voice on the international culinary stage.
