Making his first appearance at the Good Food & Wine Show is Vincent Yeow Lim, better known to millions online as Dimsimlim and the self-proclaimed “Wolf of Wok Street”.
A chef and restaurateur celebrated for his bold take on Southeast Asian cuisine, Vincent has turned wok cooking into a global spectacle through social media, amassing more than four million followers across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
His culinary journey has taken him from cooking in exclusive first-class lounges for celebrities and high-profile guests to appearing on major stages and screens. Along the way he has collaborated with KFC to create the world’s first “Peking Cluk Burger” and delivered a talk at TEDxSydney exploring the nostalgia behind Chinese food.
Vincent has also made numerous television appearances, including MasterChef Australia (Season 16), Snackmasters Australia, The Cook Up with Adam Liaw and The Morning Show, with features across Network 10, Seven Network, Amazon Prime Video and SBS.
Among his proudest achievements is opening his own 200-seat restaurant at just 22 years old, a milestone that came after the passing of his father and cemented his passion for wok cooking and sharing the flavours of his heritage.
Expect high heat, big flavours and serious wok energy when Vincent hits the stage.
