The Good Food & Wine Show Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions contain important information and we encourage you to read them carefully. Unless otherwise stated, any ticket purchase or ticket acquisition made via The Good Food & Wine Show, our ticketing supplier Lup, our affiliates, our sponsors or our partners are subject to these terms and conditions. The Good Food & Wine Show will be here on referred to as the Event Organiser. 

The Event Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at anytime. All amendments will be made via this page.

Tickets 

Tickets can be purchased at goodfoodshow.com.au by selecting the relevant show, or at the door of the venue during show dates. All ticket sales are handled by our ticketing supplier, Lup.  

Payment methods

Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard or Amex

Fees

Ticket purchases made at goodfoodshow.com.au are subject to:

  • A processing fee of $1.35 per ticket
  • A credit card merchant fee of .35 cents
  • A credit card merchant fee of 1.4% of the transaction value

Ticket purchases made on the door of the venue are subject to:

  • A credit card merchant fee of approx 1.9% of the transaction value

Third party tickets

Tickets may be purchased via certain third party ticketing retailer sites. All third party ticket sales, payment methods and fees are foremost subject to the terms and conditions specified by the third party ticketing retailer as well as the terms and conditions outlined by the Event Organiser. 

Ticket ages  

  • Adult: 18 years and over 
  • Child (paid): 7 – 17 years 
  • Child (unpaid): 0 – 6 years 
  • Concession: Valid concession card holder 
  • Carer: Valid companion card holder 

Ticket types

  • General Admission – Adult, Child, Concession, Carer
  • VIP – Adult, Carer

Inclusions

Tickets include entry to the show on the date and location indicated on the ticket, access to all exhibitors, access to the free features the show has to offer including: theatre presentations, features and free masterclasses. 

Exclusions

Tickets do not include transport to and from the show, transfers, parking, permits, purchases, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated, paid masterclasses or access to the VIP lounge (unless a VIP ticket has been purchased) These will be at the ticket-holders own responsibility and expense. 

Discounted tickets

Discounts are only available to those with a valid promotional code. Promotional codes are managed solely by the Event Organiser. Promotional code must be entered at checkout to receive the discount. The Event Organiser reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw discounts at anytime without compensation to the purchaser. 

Complimentary tickets

Complimentary tickets are only available to those with a valid promotional code. Complimentary Tickets are managed solely by the Event Organiser. Promotional code must be entered at checkout to receive the discount. The Event Organiser reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw complimentary tickets at anytime without compensation to the purchaser. 

Changes to your ticket 

If you are unable to attend the event on the date specified on your ticket you may request a date change. If you are unable to attend the event as the person specified on your ticket you may request a name change. 

Refunds

Tickets are strictly non-refundable if you simply choose to change your mind or are unable to attend due to personal circumstances. 

Tickets are refundable when an event has been cancelled, rescheduled or relocated by the Event Organiser, or where required by Australian Consumer Law. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Event Organiser, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (excluding any fees or charges). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund. Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), The Event Organiser will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses. All refund requests must be submitted to the Event Organiser.  

Tickets are refundable under extenuating circumstances only. A refund request must be submitted to the Event Organiser. All approvals/rejections are decided by the Event Organiser. Refund requests will ONLY be considered if you include: 

  •         The registered email against the booking 
  •         Reason for the request
  •         Any supporting documentation (medical certificate, etc)

We will not consider your request without the above. Acceptance of a refund request does not denote approval. Requests will be responded to in five working days. We are unable to guarantee your request will be approved. 

Requests

Lost tickets 

If you have lost your ticket please email Lup to have your tickets re-sent by email. 

Resale 

Tickets may not be resold without the prior written consent of the Event Organiser. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium, including via on-line auction or other unauthorised resale sites. TICKET SCALPING WARNING: The resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties.

Promotion

Tickets may only be used for promotion purposes including competitions, marketing and trade promotions with prior written consent from the Event Organiser 

If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, without prior written consent from Event Organiser, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the ticket holder may be refused admission. The Event Organiser will use reasonable efforts to notify you of such action.
