Brendan Pang has always been passionate about cooking and sharing food with those around him. He recently competed in MasterChef Australia 2018 and returned as in 2020 in the ‘back to wine’ series. His food was highly praised by the judges for cooking dishes influenced by his Mauritian heritage and love of seafood. This experience changed Brendan’s life and helped him realise the reality of being able to share his love, passion and excitement for food with the rest of the world. He describes his style of cooking as honest, in that he cooks food he loves to eat whilst using fresh local produce where possible.
