Nour is built on a dream of presenting classic Lebanese flavours in a fresh, exciting way.  Executive Chef Paul Farag takes classic Lebanese flavours and playfully teases out their full potential, using an unrestricted approach in the kitchen to create food that is vibrant and bold, yet familiar and comfortable.
