Join Furi Ambassador, Kylie Kwong as she takes you through the special cutting techniques involved in her famous poached chicken recipe. Matt Moran will share his secrets to filleting a whole ocean trout. Colin Fassnidge will demonstrate the art of slicing up a Kingfish sashimi style as well as creating the perfect pork crackling. Join Vic’s Meat founder and butcher, Anthony Puharich who will show you how to de-bone a loin of lamb. Sammy Jakubiak will be teaching the simple knife skills required to creating French steak tartare as well as how to put these skills to use to make most delicious coleslaw ever!
