Just a few steps from the stage in The Kitchen by Harris Scarfe and with space for six people, this intimate dining experience gives you a closer look at the creativity behind Brendan’s cooking.  Watch the master of dumplings show you how to make them at home! Brendan will be creating delicious plant-based dumplings with the delicious v2 and show you how to ‘smack down’ some noodles and some tricks on how to create your own Yum Cha at home. You’ll then get to enjoy his dishes at your table, paired with a glass of limited edition, Good Food & Wine Show 21st Birthday Blend, handcrafted by McLaren Vale winery, Grounded Cru.
