Sparkling Chardonnay Cocktail with Seville Marmalade by Maggie Beer

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 shots White rum
  2. 1 cup Crushed ice

METHOD

Add two teaspoons of Seville Marmalade to each glass

Add one shot of white rum to each glass and leave to macerate (don’t stir for 5 mins)

Stir mixture after 5 minutes and top glasses with crushed ice

Top both glasses with Sparkling Chardonnay and garnish with an orange rind twist
