Jenny Lam

Jenny Lam began cooking at the young age of 8 years old and 20 years on, her love for great food and cooking is now a full time career! Her culinary passion led her to successfully become apart of MasterChef Australia’s 2018 top 24. Since leaving MasterChef, she’s worked as a full-time chef at Perth’s acclaimed Wildflower, gained work experience at Long Chim and all whilst writing her Vietnamese cookbook – Eat Like A Viet, which hits book shelves March 2019. Her ultimate goal is opening up her own cooking school in 2020. She describes her style of cooking as generous, flavoursome and simple. Her favourite food to eat is share food! She quotes “Food is not just sustenance, it is a means of joy and bringing people together”
