In a small class, you’ll be treated to a glass of West Australia’s finest sparkling from Howard Park and watch Josh Catalano open and prepare delicious fresh oysters. If you’re game, you may be able to go and give Josh a hand and shuck one yourself!
Then it’s time to start preparing three delicious dressings to enjoy with your oysters before you sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour.
Includes 2x glasses of Howard Park and half a dozen oysters per person.
