Miguel Maestre Chef’s Lunch
An exclusive opportunity to dine at a lunch introduced by Australia’s favourite Spaniard, Miguel Maestre. Get to meet and chat with Miguel before enjoying a delicious three-course meal matched with premium wines from Western Australia’s award-winning Howard Park wines.
On the menu is:
- Ocean tapas plate with lobster baos, fish tacos, prawn hotdog | Howard Park Miamup Chardonnay
- Lamb loin, spinach crepinette, pine nut marshmallow and romanesco | Howard Park Flint Rock Pinot Noir
- Miguel’s Mumma Florentina, crema catalana | Howard Park Petit Jete
Please note the chef will be in attendance of the lunch for 15 minutes in the first 30 minutes of the lunch. Unfortunately we are unable to make alterations to the menu. This is held in an 18+ area, all attendees are required to be over 18 years old. Finish times are approximate.
