An exclusive opportunity to dine at a lunch introduced by the loveable Colin and Anthony. Get to meet your heroes before enjoying a three-course meal matched with premium wines from one of Western Australia’s top producers, Howard Park.
On the menu is:
- Sashimi of kingfish w ginger vinaigrette, pickled seaweed, finger limes, sorrel and fennel | Howard Park Mount Barker Riesling
- Lamb shoulder with colcannon and greens | Howard Park Leston Cabernet Sauvignon
- Snickers dessert | Howard Park Petit Jete
Please note the chef will be in attendance of the lunch for 15 minutes in the first 30 minutes of the lunch. Unfortunately we are unable to make alterations to the menu. This is held in an 18+ area, all attendees are required to be over 18 years old. Finish times are approximate.
