Eat Local Pop-Up Restaurant

There’s plenty to eat at the Good Food & Wine Show but all this sampling can make you really hungry! Need something more substantial? Head to the Eat Local Pop-Up and enjoy a feast at The Bistro.

The team at the PCEC have sourced some of their best West Australian produce, and created some fantastic combinations. These are partnered with some handpicked West Australian wines.

Moroccan Spiced cauliflower salad – Chickpeas, caramelized onion, tea-soaked raisins, dill, roasted hazelnut, lemon vinaigrette (vgn, gf) $12 (add prawns $22)

Grilled Fremantle octopus with nduja dressing, pickled radishes (gf,df,nfr) $22

Desiree potato and chestnut gnocchi, braised Margaret river venison, cocoa, camembert cheese fondue, hazelnuts (vegetarian option available) $25

WA lamb fritter, olive crumb, smoked tomato fondue, chimichurri, grilled zucchini, yogurt gel, spiced lamb jus (nfr) $25

300 days grain-fed beef burger, beef bacon, raclette cheese, cos, tomato, burger sauce, toasted brioche bun, chips (nfr) – served medium $24
