Delve into the fascinating world of Champagne with Kyla Kirkpatrick, aka The Champagne Dame, as she challenges your perceptions of champagne with this carefully curated selection of four remarkable champagnes from some of the best producers in Champagne that you have probably never heard of.
Taste how chardonnay and pinot noir are expressed in champagne as you are introduced to organic and biodynamic champagnes from some of the emerging and established “cult producers” of the region.

Nicolas Feuillatte Réserve Exclusive – Nicolas Feuillatte – or Nicky Foo to their friends – is the number one selling champagne brand in France! The Réserve Exclusive represents a classic Brut champagne. Light, fresh and vibrant, it’s the perfect aperitif that blends the three main grape varieties used in champagne. De Sousa ‘Avec Le Temps’ Blanc de Blanc – a 100% Grand Cru chardonnay coming from the Grand Cru villages of Avize and Oger, with vibrant citrus fruit and chalky minerals and a subtle, textural richness. All of the De Sousa champagnes are certified Organic and ‘Avec Les Temps’ is made from a Biodynamic vineyard. Sadi Malot Rosé de Saignée – one of Emperor Champagne’s “cult producers” of 2022, this is another 100% pinot noir cuvée from the iconic Grand Cru village of Verzy. Ruby red in colour and full of red fruit expression with cherry, blackcurrant and some strawberry notes. Retails for $119.95 a bottle
