Champagne Taittinger is one of France’s most celebrated Champagne Houses, revered by critics all over the world and one of the oldest champagne companies still owned and operated by the family whose name appears on the label. Located in the finest regions of the Champagne winegrowing country, from the Cote des Blancs to the Vallee de la Marne and the Montagne de Reims, the vines cover over 288 ha. distributed among some of the best villages in the Champagne appellation area. The Taittinger cellars were established in the Abbey of Saint-Nicaise, built in the thirteenth century.
