The Margaret River Wine Association represent the interests of the Margaret River grape growers and winemaker. Although producing less than 2% of Australia’s wine, the region is known internationally for its fine wine and has more than 165 wine producers and 90 cellar doors.
Located 3-hour drive ‘down-south’ of Perth, in the South West corner of Australia, the region has clear blue skies, fresh air and surrounded by spectacular forests and pristine beaches. With rare exception, visitors rate the Margaret River wine region as one of the most beautiful and compelling place on earth.
After just 50 years of fine wine production, the region is internationally recognised for producing world class Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon of great flavour, elegance and balance.
