Are concession tickets available?

Concession tickets are available at the show on presentation of your concession card.

My ticket says it is unregistered, what does this mean?

An unregistered ticket means that there is no name or contact details attached to that ticket. You will still be allowed entry into the show, however you won’t be able enter the competitions around the show, or sign up to mailing lists with exhibitors by scanning your ticket – as there won’t be any details against your ticket.

Can I swap names on my ticket/give my ticket to someone else?

Tickets are transferable. It is not mandatory to change the name on the ticket if you wish to pass it onto a family member or friend, however we recommend you re-register your ticket to ensure you are able to enter competitions at the show with your ticket. Contact tickets@lup.com.au , to change the name on your ticket.

Where can I pick up my pre-paid glass or merchandise?

There will be merchandise points within the show and on the concourse before entering the show. Have your merchandise ticket ready to scan, and you will be able to pick up your item.

Are companion cards accepted?

Yes, we accept companion cards. Please present them to the ticketing box before entering the show to receive your complimentary ticket.

Can my child come into the masterclass with me?

Most masterclasses with alcohol present are over 18 only, you will not be allowed to bring your child into these areas.

Can I bring my children to the show?

Children are allowed at the show, however anyone under the age of 18 will need to be under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. There are also areas of the show which are over 18 only, this includes certain masterclasses.

Can I swap my tickets for another day?

Please contact our ticketing agency – tickets@lup.com.au if you want to swap your tickets for another day. There may be charges if the day you are swapping to is priced higher than the day you purchased, and VIP tickets may not be able to be swapped if the day is sold out.

I’m in the hospitality industry. Do I receive free tickets?

The Good Food & Wine Show is a consumer, ticketed event; there are no free tickets for industry staff.

Can the tickets be scanned at the door from my phone?

Yes; please have the email with the tickets open on your phone ready for scanning at the door.
