Just a few steps from the stage in The Kitchen by Harris Scarfe and with space for six people, watch Silvia make some of her Italian classics – she’ll be showing you how to make a traditional Pugliese Focaccia and a truly delicious Spaghetti vongole (clams/pipis) with top tips on how to cook like an Italian at home.  You’ll then get to enjoy her dishes at your table, paired  with a glass of limited edition, Good Food & Wine Show 21st Birthday Blend, handcrafted by McLaren Vale winery, Grounded Cru.
