Miguel Maestre’s Chef’s Table – Feast to Fiesta

Just a few steps from the stage in The Kitchen by Harris Scarfe and with space for six people, this intimate dining experience gives you a closer look at the creativity behind Miguel’s cooking.  Miguel will be covering all tastes and the vegan, vegetarian and meat eaters among you will all leave with a wonderful dish to try at home; from a tomahawk steak, brilliant bernaise and a ‘pumpketta’ this is a feast or should we say fiesta not to be missed! You’ll then get to enjoy his dishes at your table, paired perfectly with a glass of limited edition, Good Food & Wine Show 21st Birthday Blend, handcrafted by McLaren Vale winery, Grounded Cru.
