Just a few steps from the stage in The Kitchen by Harris Scarfe and with space for six people, watch the master of dumplings show you how to make them at home! Brendan will be creating delicious plant-based dumplings with the plant based v2food & show you how to ‘smack down’ some noodles too! You’ll leave with tips and tricks on how to create your own Yum Cha at home and keep meat eaters and plant based dumpling fans happy! You’ll then get to enjoy his dish at your table, paired  with a glass of limited edition, Good Food & Wine Show 21st Birthday Blend, handcrafted by McLaren Vale winery, Grounded Cru.
