Starting in a small home kitchen, Ben’s passion for perfecting laminated pastries quickly grew into a thriving home bakery, built on countless early mornings, hand-rolled dough, and a dedication to the craft.
Today, from their cosy Balmain shop, every croissant and pastry is made by hand using 100% Australian flour and premium butter, a reflection of the care, precision, and obsession that goes into every fold.
