Award-winning fishmonger and chef Joshua ‘Cookie’ Cook will be joining us at the Coffs Coast stand on Saturday 26th October.

Learn everything there is to know about Coffs Harbour seafood from Cookie, winner of Young Achiever of the Year at the Sydney Seafood Awards, and even sample kingfish ceviche and tuna sashimi brought in directly from the Coffs Harbour fishing fleet! For the more adventurous you can even have a go at peeling a wild-caught prawn for a true hands-on experience from the Coffs Coast!
