Andres & Franco
Andres and Franco are two Peruvian chefs who met at renowned cooking school Le Cordon Bleu in Lima Peru. They moved to Australia over 7 years ago and each have more than 10 years experience in the hospitality industry. They’ve worked in hotels and restaurants such as Jamie Oliver’s Italian, Marriott and many more.
Together they started their own catering and pop-up business called A Chef’s Pocket in Byron Bay over 2 years ago and have built up a solid reputation in the area. They are both on the mission to promote Peruvian food in Australia and will be cooking live demonstrations at the Peru Stand.
