We are a producer from Margaret River and believe that patience yields a fine wine. Each drop of UMAMU has been held back until taste is brought into equilibrium, giving contentment within every glass.
Balance begins in our vineyard first planted in 1978. We embrace sustainable practices and carefully maintain our canopies to optimise our fruit. Balance continues in the winery. We allow ageing time in French oak for our Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chardonnay, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc blends and varietals to bring aromas into harmony.
