An exclusive opportunity to dine at a lunch introduced by chef-turned-restaurateur Matt Moran. Get to meet Matt and hear his story before enjoying a three-course meal matched with premium wines.

On the menu is:

  • Beetroot Cured Ocean Trout
  • Chicken in Masterstock
  • Rhubarb & Strawberry Crumble


Please note the chef will be in attendance of the lunch for 15 minutes in the first 30 minutes of the lunch. No alterations to the menu are possible. This is held in an 18+ area, all attendees are required to be over 18 years old. Finish times are approximate.
