Learn how to make Indian takeaway faster than your local Indian restaurant with the new Thermomix TM6.

As Indian cuisine is all about the spices, we’ll start the class by showing you how to roast and grind your own Chicken Korma spice mix, sharing lots of tips and tricks to buying, storing and cooking with spice.

Then you’ll either try your hand at grinding your own authentic Chicken Korma spice mix or have a go at making the flaky, buttery roti and spiced pilau rice to serve.

Everyone gets to enjoy this incredible meal, made from scratch in under 30 minutes, accompanied by samples of Broome’s own Matso’s Brewerys’ Ginger, Mango, Hard Lemon and Chilli beers.

You’ll also get to take home some freshly ground spice mix and leave with lasting skills on perfecting the art of Indian cuisine at home.

It’s also a great opportunity to see what all the fuss is about and be entered in the draw to win the latest model Thermomix TM6!
