Join Byron Bay based, award-winning Peruvian chefs Andres and Franco as they bring their love of Peruvian flavours to the show.

From their beginnings at famed cooking school, Le Cordon Bleu in Lima, to the kitchens of the Marriott and Jamie Olivers Italian, Andres and Franco will be hitting up the Good Food & Wine show to create their favourite Peruvian dish, Lomo Saltado (sautéed beef).

Enjoy punchy flavours of coriander, red onion and soy, learn of cooking techniques introduced by Chinese immigrants in the 1900’s and wash it down with a pisco cocktail sample.

Get ready for a fun and informative cooking class showcasing the unique flavours of Peru! Presented by the Trade Commission of Peru.
