To sip and sample your way through the show and discover our exhibitors top drops, you will need to either purchase a tasting glass from the Merchandise Stand or purchase a ticket online with a tasting glass included.
If you have pre-purchased your tasting glass with your ticket, please visit the Merchandise Stand to collect it. Have your ticket ready to be scanned again at merchandise to redeem.

Known for his bold style and big personality, Miguel Maestre is back with more flavour, fun and flair than ever. The author and TV star never fails to light up the stage with his high-energy cooking demos.
Kirsten Tibballs
Kirsten is one of Australia’s most celebrated and internationally respected pastry chefs and chocolatiers. As the Founder of Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School and Author of three patisserie books, Kirsten has undoubtedly earned her nickname as the Queen of Chocolate.
Brendan Pang
Brendan is a cook, author, and content creator known for celebrating his Chinese-Mauritian roots through bold, authentic flavours. From MasterChef Australia to founding Bumplings in Perth, his passion for Asian street food and home cooking shines in his recipes, cookbooks and content.
Alastair McLeod
Hosting the Good Food Kitchen, Alastair McLeod is a much-loved chef and TV personality known for his energy, wit and passion for food. A familiar face across Australian screens and live events, he brings years of experience as a presenter, MC and host to the stage.
Vincent Yeow Lim
Vincent Yeow Lim is a chef, former restaurant owner, and content creator with over 7 million followers and 1 billion views worldwide. Specialising in high-heat wok cooking and traditional Asian techniques, Vincent brings 20 years of professional kitchen experience to The Good Food & Wine Show and has appeared as a Guest Judge on MasterChef.
Justine Schofield
Justine Schofield brings youthful energy and French flair to everything she does. Host of Network 10’s Everyday Gourmet – now in its 16th season with over 1,200 episodes – she has also fronted cooking and travel series across Australia and the world, and is a familiar face at top food festivals nationwide.

This picturesque region is particularly celebrated for its bold and opulent Shiraz, showcasing a symphony of dark fruit flavours and velvety textures. McLaren Vale is also recognised for its outstanding Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and rich, flavourful red blends. Barossa Valley
Situated in South Australia, the Barossa Valley is world renowned for its rich winemaking heritage and bold, full-bodied wines. From crisp Chardonnays to vibrant and expressive Cabernet Sauvignons, the Limestone Coast offers a tantalising array of varietals to explore and enjoy.
Margaret River
Margaret River is a modern classic of fine wine, producing some of Australia’s most outstanding and age-worthy drops. Just a three-hour drive south of Perth, its ancient soils, Mediterranean climate and cooling ocean influence create ideal grape-growing conditions. Known for its dramatic coastline and premium-focused producers, the region crafts beautifully balanced wines with intense fruit and elegant acidity. Despite making up less than 2% of Australia’s wine production, it now grows over 35 varieties across 6,000 hectares of vineyards.
Western Australian
Unlike any other pavilion, the Western Australian pavilion brings together a collection of wineries from across the entire state of WA, each offering its own distinct take on winemaking. From the sun-drenched coastal vineyards to the lush, forested landscapes further inland, Western Australia’s unique terroir is as varied as it is beautiful. The state’s isolated environments create perfect conditions for crafting wines that are both exceptional and expressive of their origins.

Steeped in over 130 years of tradition, Pyengana Dairy handcrafts cloth-matured farmhouse cheddar in North Eastern Tasmania using heritage recipes and generations-old vats.

We offer a variety of masterclass options at our show, including both complimentary and ticketed experiences. Please note that many of the sessions require a paid ticket.

Wine Selectors Tasting Rooms
The Wine Selectors Tasting Rooms are on the far right wall of the exhibition hall. Enter the show via Door 2, head down the escalators and turn right. Follow the signage and you will reach the wall. You will then want to turn left and head past the Drinks Lab presented by RIEDEL until you hit the Wine Selectors Tasting Rooms.

The Drinks Lab is on the far right wall of the exhibition hall. Enter the show via Door 2, down the escalators and turn right. Follow the signage and you will reach the wall. You will see the Drinks Lab directly in front of you.
Cooking School
The Cooking School is on the far left wall of the exhibition hall. Enter the show via Door 2, down the escalators and turn left. Follow the signage and you will reach the wall. You will see the Cooking School directly in front of you.
RIEDEL Wine Glass Experience
The RIEDEL Wine Glass Experience masterclass is in Room 3.3. If you are in the show go back up the escalators onto the concourse. You will then want to take the next set of escalators up to the third floor. Room 3.3 will then be signposted. We will also have staff holding signs to help direct you. Please head to merch to locate them. If you need wheelchair access, please visit the office and a member of staff will assist you to take the lift via the concourse.
