Led by Cecilia ‘CC’ Diaz-Petersen, Woolooga Farm Kitchen handcrafts a wide range of preserves and condiments using fresh produce from local farmers and the fields surrounding their kitchen. It celebrates the rich flavours, seasonal variety, and sustainability of our region.

The Woolooga Farm Kitchen is situated in the heart of Petersens Farm – home to a diverse array of fruit and veg from cottage to gourmet, including Australia’s largest commercial crop of wild Rosellas (also known as Hibiscus Sabdariffa) – the vibrant fruit behind their famous rosella jams, sauces and relishes.
