Sir Racha hot sauces are made in Port Macquarie on the mid north coast of NSW. An Australian made take on the traditional sriracha hot sauce style, without all the added sugar of the imported versions.

Sun-ripened, red Australian grown jalapenos are fermented with garlic & onion, and finished with vinegar to achieve the traditional balance of sweetness and acidity. We use the ripest chillies so the sauce is naturally sweet, with zero added sugar.

There are three sauces in the range – the family friendly Original, the rich, luxurious Truffled, and the smack-in-the-mouth Hottest. There’s a sauce to suit every taste, as well as a delicious smoky Chillli Paste made from the leftover fermented chillies, so it’s spicy, fragrant and oh-so tasty!
