Sally’s Paddock Redbank Winery is a family owned winery in the Pyrenees region of Victoria. In 1973 Neill Robb and his wife, the eponymous Sally, began their dream of producing award winning reds. Now celebrating 51 years of wine making, Sally and Neill are pioneers of Pyrenees wine making history.
The flagship Sally’s Paddock Bordeaux blend consists of hand picked, hand punched and basket pressed grapes using wild yeast and minimal interventionist wine making methods.
Sally’s Paddock Redbank Winery is also the home of Sally’s Hill single varietal reds. The range boasts Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and of course the ever popular Australian favourite, Shiraz.
Complimenting the Sally’s Paddock and Sally’s Hill line up, is the range named after and made by Sally and Neill’s youngest daughter, Sasha. This convivial range of easy drinking reds is the continuation of a family tradition.
