Mrs Baker’s Still House is female lead mirco-distillery making award winning gins and liqueurs.

At this year’s GFWS we are presenting our Mulled Gin. Yep warmed spiced gin – delicious for winter weekends. Come over and meet us, we are a very tight-knit mother-and-daughters team; Jane Baker the botanist and power-house, Elizabeth the distiller and Georgette the designer. Taste some mulled gin, and take home the special syrup for making mulled gin which is based on an old family recipe.

We share a passion for low-impact production methods, sourcing locally grown botanicals and using a 100% solar-powered distillation process.

Proudly Victorian, we absolutely love the landscape that we call home and from our background in wine-making are incredibly passionate about crafting spirits that harness the flavours of the Pyrenees. You’ll find our stand rubbing shoulders with other great makers in the Pyrenees Pavilion, just near the main stage.
